How to skip to next head on PC3000 Data Extractor

A common feature request that many PC3000 Data Extractor users request is the ability to skip to the next head when hitting a read error. This feature has been a part of DeepSpar Disk Imager and MRT Data Explorer for at least a decade and one that is very useful when running through the first pass of disk imaging.
