Seagate F3 Terminal CTRL commands

Post by lcoughey »

While in the terminal window on PC3000, here are some CTRL commands that can be helpful, but aren't very well documented.

[CTRL]+[L] - Drive Config Report Showing Family, Headmap, Preamp, etc
[CTRL]+[R] - Online Mode
[CTRL]+[T] - Mode change to ???
[CTRL]+[X] - Drive Diagnostics Report
[CTRL]+[Z] - Diag Mode / Bring Up Terminal Prompt

The CTRL+X, is well documented on ACE blog.
There is quite useful T>[Ctrl+X] terminal command on Seagate F3 drives which show last executed commands by the drive. From its output we can define non-readed LBA and sys file which located on that LBA.
