- Cannot image by file in DE
- Source drive stops reading in DE, even though it detects fine. The only solution is to repower the computer.
As for the second issue, based on a discussion with another MRT user, this appears to be a problem with the power board on the the card. His issue progressively got worse and was able to resolve it by "replacing the 4 TPS2590 ICs in smd." That said, MRT tech support confirmed that they do offer warranty replacements of failed boards under the warranty period and if the warranty period is over, you can order a replacement board from them for the follow prices:
Express (2-port card) is $120 USD + shipping
Ultra (5-port card) is $150 USD + shipping
After getting the replacement card, there are a few steps needed to transfer the license to the new card.
