2.5" to 3.5" drive conversion

From time to time, we have the need to insert a 2.5" hard drive into a 3.5" hot swap bay. There are plenty of rail kits you can get, but for a faster solution, we have found this bay from Startech to do the trick, without the need for screws.

Is it sturdy? It looks like it breaks easily to me for some reason. Might be just my perception though.

It is sturdy enough for what it is to be used for.

Dude, I've been looking for something exactly like this!!! Normally I use the WD Velociraptor sleds for this purpose, but I've got this HDD wiping tower that has these funny metal clips coming down from the top that get stuck if I try to insert one of those sleds.

I'm buying four of them right now.
