Anyone else able to answer "a simple question?"

I had a chat session with someone who appears to be upset because I was unable to answer their simple question. Perhaps I didn't have enough coffee yet today, but I am unable to determine exactly what they are trying to ask, let alone find the "simple question." Anyone see something I'm missing?
