Model : ST1000DM003-1CH162
Firmware : HP34
Capacity : 931.51 GB (1 953 525 168)

There is a scratch on the platter 0,
The scratch is very close to the inside of the platter (to the motor) Is there a way to prevent the head to reach scratch?

That is a good question. It isn't something I've needed to try, as of yet. You may need to put something around the stopper to prevent the heads to hit those sectors and then tell your imager to not read that particular LBA range.

I tried to do like a video, not working. (https://youtu.be/gmCOTz0YVfA?t=465)
heads get Damaged, I could not read even modules when the part I added between the coil and the magnet was inside.

That sucks. But, there could just be more damage to the surface than what you are seeing.

I took a new donor out of my stock for that
(I never do experiments on the client's drive)
Right now, I bent the head 0
imaging with a head 1
Maybe set in ROM volume lower than the real volume?
