MRT Review - Terminal at F3 Open Utility Window

On PC3000, we can open up to the F3 family selection window before we power the drive on and then see the terminal output when we do power the drive on.
However, we don't have this luxury on the equivalent window with MRT, while being teased with a terminal tab that we cannot select until we load into the utility first.
