Symptom: Inaccessible drive
Cause: media cache and head 2 only reads the first 1%
Solution: disabled media cache, increased head 2 read temperature setting in ROM

Symptom: Corrupt file system
Cause: Head 0 only reads the first few percent, accompanied by client doing some sort of file system repair
Solution: Change heads, imported head adaptives from donor
Result: Nearly 100% clone with only a few bad sectors.
