I've been playing with this service for a bit and like it.

From using it, I have a few thoughts on tweaks and improvements:

- Add filters: For those with multiple PC3000 systems, allow us to filter the listing to a single system
- Add collapse feature: Drop down to a single line for each task showing (Read Successfully, Damaged, Unread)
- Add avg read speed
