100 % data recovery application

Hi all,
Since last few days i was struggling to recover my sea-gate sata hdd data, i was successful recover some amount of data but still some major files are not yet recover. might that files were moved to different media.
whatever data i recovered that is deleted data. and now i am not able to recover moved data (cut and paste)

please guide me.

To be honest, this post is so poorly worded, it is very suspect of being a lead to further spam. That said, I'll take it on faith that it is a legit question which is very difficult to understand what you are trying to say or ask.

My suggestion is to follow these steps:

1. get a full sector-by-sector clone/image of your failing drive to a new healthy drive that can be completely overwritten. I suggest GNU ddrescue or HDD SuperClone, both linux programs
2. scan for and recover your lost files with various free data recovery program demos, such as R-Studio, and then pay for the one which gives you the best result and save the files to another known good healthy drive.
