move emails

Post by Rixlhy »

hi,

RecentlyI always need to check some old emails in my old pst file in another computer. So I just copy the old pst file and open it in my outlook. And as the folder structures are similar to my new one, I always go into the wrong one.

So I want to just copy all the old emails into a new folder in my new pst file. But as there are too many subfolders, it is really troublesome to copy them manually. Any way can quickly do that? Just move all emails into a folder in an new pst file? It's outlook2010.Thanks.

Instead of opening the second PST file, you can just import it, merging the data with the main PST file that is already open.
