What were the FW issues and what did you do to work around them?

To fix, I shorted the PCB to get terminal access...drive still was BSY. Then, forced my way to edit model 93, uncheck all boxes and saved to the drive.

Drive would still read very slowly (about 1MB/second most of the time), with errors. It was definitely at the end of its life. But, we were able to target the data with DDI and mirror only the used data sectors, getting a full 100% clean recovery of the user's data.

You can recover your hard disk by using stellar data recovery services. They are really good at spamming and suck at data recovery.

Moderator Note: Stellar spamming is better than their products and services, and they don't even do a good job spamming. They are not recommended by Recovery Force.
