Suffered data loss because of a crappy Seagate hard drive? It looks like there is a class action lawsuit to at least address the horrible volume of 3TB drives that have failed.

I should send them the contact details of some of my customers who had multiple failures of this model all within the same RAID array within a few months of buying the drives.
